“Academy of Music is EXCELLENT; teachers, office support, owners, everyone is super helpful, the kids love it there. Teachers are really focused on teaching and making sure kids learn and enjoy their learning experience. It is not about the money, it is truly about the kids and their music journey. Highly recommended, don’t go anywhere else.”

“Our daughter attended the Academy of Music in Milton for over 10 years, taking guitar lessons, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience… The teachers are not only incredibly talented, but also kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to their students. Over the years, we felt more like part of a family than just clients.”
“Our family has had a wonderful experience with Academy of Music over the years. My son has learned both piano and guitar here…”
“For a little over a decade, the Academy of Music has basically been a second home for me, as there’s just so much there to get involved in. I took piano and guitar lessons there from a young age, participated in their rock band program…”
The Right Teacher for Your Child
One regular teacher, backed by a whole school.
- The same teacher, same time, every week. Matched at the Free Evaluation to your child’s age, goals and personality, and changed if the fit isn’t right.
- Trained to teach kids and teens. Every teacher goes through extensive pedagogy training: months with our Teaching Manager, shadowing senior teachers, and ongoing workshops after that.
- A whole team to draw on. Every teacher works from the same Academy Method and has access to your child’s teaching records, so makeup and extra-help lessons can be booked with any teacher on the team without losing continuity.
- One in three of our teachers started here as students. They learned the Academy Method in these rooms before they taught it.
